Data collected

• Contact form: name, email, event date (optional), message, and the page of the site it is sent from.
• Booking a call: name, email, phone (optional for a video call), the chosen slot and format (call or video call), and the page of the site it is booked from.
• Analytics: anonymized visits through Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless).

Purposes
This data is used solely to answer your request, organise the call and prepare a quote. It is never sold or used for unsolicited commercial outreach.

Recipients
Data is hosted on Rüdi Welter's servers in France. For a booked call, your name and email are added to Rüdi Welter's Google calendar (Google Workspace, Google Ireland Limited), which sends you the invitation and, for a video call, the Google Meet link.

Retention

• Unanswered requests and calls: 12 months.
• Accepted quotes and clients: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Your rights
Under GDPR, you can access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. Send your requests to [email protected]; I reply within 30 days.

Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Plausible, used for analytics, runs without cookies and anonymizes IPs.

Complaints
In case of dispute, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
